Sources and Responsibilities

The Sourcing and Purchasing Manager will manage the Sourcing and Procurement of goods and services from suppliers who are located in North & South America today, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in eCommerce or consumer goods
• Proven experience in vendor management, cost negotiations, and supply chain optimization
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Capable of communicating with North America Vendors on the phone daily when needed
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for procurement and inventory management
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) both written and verbal is preferred
• Experience in Sourcing the product, Ingredients and Components in the CPG category is highly preferred

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve 10% cost savings annually through vendor negotiations and process optimization
• Maintain 98% on-time delivery from suppliers
• Ensure zero stockouts for key product lines by aligning procurement with demand planning
• Develop and onboard at least two new suppliers per quarter to diversify sourcing channels
