Sourcing Administrator

Overview Of Your Responsibilities

XNRGY is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Administrator to support our Strategic Sourcing team. This role provides administrative support for supplier management, contracts, reporting, and sourcing documentation while helping ensure the efficient execution of sourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• • Maintain accurate supplier records, onboarding documentation, and master supplier files.
  • Manage sourcing documentation and robust document control processes.
  • Proactively track supplier agreements, contract expiration dates, and upcoming renewals.
  • Affirm strict adherence to document retention requirements.
  • Facilitate the distribution of Requests for Quote (RFQs) and maintain precise quotation and supplier correspondence records.
  • Maintain and update department sourcing trackers, project pipelines, and records.
• Data, Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from ERP and other business systems.
  • Prepare department presentations, sourcing KPIs, and performance dashboards for leadership.
