$37.37 – $47.37 per hour

About the role

The Supplier Administrator manages the lifecycle of vendor data across our core business systems. You will serve as the primary gatekeeper for all supplier information, ensuring data stays accurate and synchronized between platforms. This role is a mix of tactical execution and process improvement, requiring someone who can handle high volumes of requests while spotting ways to make the workflow faster and more reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process for vendor onboarding and profile maintenance across multiple internal systems.
• Review and approve incoming requests from internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all documentation meets company standards.
• Monitor data flows between systems to identify and resolve record mismatches or synchronization errors.
• Act as the main point of contact for vendor-related inquiries, providing clear guidance on registration requirements and system navigation.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement teams to clean up legacy data and remove duplicate records.
• Identify bottlenecks in the current approval chain and suggest practical changes to reduce processing times.
• Audit vendor files regularly to ensure tax forms, banking details, and certifications remain current and compliant.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Oracle Fusion experience (2–3 years minimum considered).
• Hands-on experience managing Vendor Master Data in Oracle.
• Experience with supplier/vendor onboarding and vendor management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Enterprise environment experience preferred.
• Zip experience is a plus, but not required.
