Sourcer (Temporary)

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for open roles across the organization, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Boolean search.
• Proactively identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates through outbound outreach.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing criteria.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and pipeline status in Ashby.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline conversion, time-to-fill contributions).
• Help maintain a strong candidate experience from first outreach through handoff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong written communication skills - you can write outreach that gets responses.
• Comfortable with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, Ashby experience a plus).
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple open roles and pipelines simultaneously.
• Self-starter who can work with ambiguity and tight timelines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, temporary engagement with clear deliverables.
