Sourcer

Expected compensation: 62.31 USD Per Hour HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Sourcer to join its sourcing team and support the growth of its systems engineering organization. In this role, you'll develop and execute sourcing strategies, map technical talent markets, and build strong candidate pipelines for a diverse range of systems engineering positions. You'll have the independence and ownership to shape sourcing strategies while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams to meet evolving talent needs. The ideal candidate has extensive technical sourcing experience, strong knowledge of engineering talent markets, and the ability to evaluate candidates for both technical and behavioral fit. You're resourceful, consultative, and comfortable independently driving sourcing initiatives while building effective relationships across the organization. As a Sourcer, You'll Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand job requirements and define sourcing priorities. Source, review, and screen candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit. Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines of engineering talent to support hiring needs and business priorities.
