Position Summary

Support high-volume recruiting efforts for healthcare field operations teams by managing candidate sourcing, applicant screening, and resume review activities.

Manage sourcing and screening efforts for high-volume healthcare hiring needs.

Review incoming applications and identify qualified candidates for consideration.

Conduct candidate screenings and share qualified candidate resumes with the hiring team for next-step interviews.

Serve as the primary point of contact for active applicants throughout the initial stages of the hiring process.

Focus primarily on applicant review and screening activities, with limited passive sourcing responsibilities.

Maintain and prioritize a workload of approximately 40 active requisitions at any given time.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing staffing needs across multiple locations.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
