About the Role

We are looking for sorority members and alumnae interested in real-world skill development—learning to use AI software programs and professional project management systems to accomplish organizational objectives while working for the betterment of kids, people, and the planet. We tailor the Volunteer or Internship experience to your background, your chapter's philanthropic commitments, and your personal passions, enabling you to "Be The Hero." Success Team Volunteers may be featured on our websites, apps, and acknowledged for their contributions in our books.

One Planet One People, the Benjamin DaVinci Institute, and the Collaborative Sustainability Network provide sorority members with tools, platforms, and a global network to transform sisterhood into a force for world change. Programs align with the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and connect your passion to measurable outcomes recognized on a national and global stage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead projects aligned with the UN 17 SDGs, such as health equity, educational access, economic empowerment, environmental justice, or community service.
  • Participate in or lead initiatives including Book Publishing, Social Media Campaigns, Causes, Challenges, and Planned Acts of Kindness.
  • Use AI software programs and professional project management systems to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Engage as an individual or bring your entire chapter into collaborative projects, either virtually or in person.
  • Define the scale of your impact—local, national, or global.
  • Develop and lead teams within your chapter and across your campus.
  • Commit to the requisite time and action steps needed to achieve desired results.

Programs Available

  • Book Publishing Program: Contribute to ESG & SDG-aligned publications on topics such as the UN 17 SDGs, climate change, pollution, leadership, education, sustainability, financial literacy, and social, economic, and health inequalities.
  • Planned Acts of Kindness Campaigns: Design and lead cause-based movements and challenges through PlannedActs.org.
  • Social Media for Change: Build strategic campaigns through CoolMoves.Us and PlannedActs.org to amplify SDG-aligned causes to college audiences nationwide and globally.
  • CSR Business & Government Outreach: Represent One Planet One People to corporate and government partners through CSRBenefitsHub.com, positioning your chapter as a campus-to-boardroom bridge for ESG and CSR impact.
  • Collaborative Sustainability Network Campus Leadership: Serve as your university's sorority lead for One Planet One People's global network, coordinating Panhellenic and multi-council participation in sustainability initiatives worldwide.
  • Global Peace Corps Initiative: Help design and staff One Planet One People's global service model, organizing chapter-based cohorts for domestic and international deployments aligned with SDG priorities.
  • Benjamin DaVinci Institute — Educational Reform: Partner with BDI to pilot the STEP curriculum on your campus, facilitating workshops, mentoring, and leadership programs for students and underserved communities.
  • Internship/Mentorship Career Training: Over 70 disciplines with a real-world focus using AIM (AI Management) and PMOROS Project Management Systems.
  • Career Track Management Training: The Essential 8 Foundation Skill Training.
  • Financial Literacy & Planning: Money Matters Mastery Course.
  • Collaboration Think Tank Network: Work on the United Nations 17 SDGs in collaboration with schools, government, business, and scientific institutions—virtually, from anywhere in the world.

Individual members or entire chapters are welcome to apply. We offer Management & Leadership Team Projects and Group Projects to deploy within your chapter and across your Panhellenic or Greek council, providing real-world experience, recognition, and rewards.
