Sonographer - Relief - Part Time

About the role

Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including pelvic ultrasounds, first-trimester screenings, cervical assessments, anatomy scans, BPP, AFT, and gynecologic/pelvic ultrasounds.

Responsibilities

• Interpret patient histories
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
• Document information accurately
• Collaborate with clinicians to deliver high-quality care
• Manage a physically and emotionally demanding environment
• Respond to emergencies
• Support clinical staff

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program
• AR-DMS OBGYN certification within 6 months of hire
• CPR certification; NT certification preferred

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, ultrasound practices, and medical terminology
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and handling confidential information
