Sonographer - Relief - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasounds including pelvic exams, nuchal thickness measurements, cervical lengths, anatomy scans, BPP, AFT, and gynecologic ultrasounds.
• Collaborate with OB-GYN and Women's Health clinicians to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate documentation during ultrasound procedures.
• Interpret patient histories and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Liaise between patients and physicians to facilitate smooth patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
• Experience in ultrasound preferred; OBGYN experience a plus.
• ARDMS OBGYN certification within 6 months of hire.
• CPR certification and NT certification preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and ultrasound practice.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Able to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
