About the role
Join the imaging team as a Sonographer to perform high-quality ultrasound procedures in a patient-focused environment. You will independently conduct ultrasound exams, providing compassionate care to support positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound procedures following established protocols
- Deliver excellent customer service and compassionate patient care
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Respond empathetically to patient concerns and needs
- Prepare and position patients ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards
- Support smooth department operations and foster a positive team environment
- Ensure safety for patients and staff during procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
- 1–3 years ultrasound experience
- Current BLS certification
- Registered Diagnostic Sonographer (ARDMS) credential required within one year of hire
