Sonographer - OBGYN

Role: The Sonographer operates imaging equipment, primarily ultrasound, to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities: Ensure high-quality imaging, maintain patient safety, and collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare teams. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Sonography program with clinical hours, at least one year of relevant experience, and relevant state licensure if required. Certifications such as ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI, along with BLS certification, are essential. Knowledge of protocols, machine operation, safety procedures, and radiation safety is preferred. Skills & Abilities: Attention to detail, strong communication, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and ability to follow complex instructions. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and twisting.
