About the Role
Perform diagnostic ultrasound scans on patients using specialized equipment in a Maternal Fetal Medicine setting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate patient identification.
- Utilize advanced imaging techniques to complete high-quality exams.
- Annotate and document scans thoroughly.
- Follow established protocols for medical necessity and documentation.
- Maintain safety standards for patients and equipment.
- Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
- Support clinical teams to deliver optimal patient care.
Requirements
- ARDMS registration in OB/GYN or Fetal Echo.
- Proficiency in complex Maternal Fetal Medicine imaging.
- BLS certification.
- Three years of OB and MFM experience (preferred).
Skills
- Adherence to protocols and safety standards.
- Accurate patient identification and detailed documentation.
- Strong customer service and communication.
- Advanced imaging techniques and equipment operation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to read, assess, and communicate information effectively.
- Manual dexterity for operating ultrasound equipment.
- Lift and move patients and equipment as needed.
- Stand for extended periods during exams.
- Navigate busy clinical environments; may require driving between locations.
Schedule
36-hour workweek, primarily weekdays, across multiple clinic locations.
Pay
$42.66 to $65.82 per hour.
