Sonographer - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Performing specialized ultrasound examinations such as pelvic, nuchal, cervical, anatomy scans, and gynecologic ultrasounds.
• Aiding patients, interpreting histories, and ensuring safety and comfort during procedures.
• Documenting patient information accurately and liaising with physicians.
• Supporting clinical staff and responding to patient emergencies.
• Adhering to safety policies and utilizing feedback for technique improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
• ARODMS OBGYN certification within six months of hire; CPR and NT certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, ultrasound practice, and medical terminology.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
