About the Role
Provide diagnostic ultrasound scans of patients for physician diagnosis, utilizing diagnostic ultrasound equipment and appropriate technical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a Committee on Allied Health Education (CAHEA) accredited program in sonography and registry eligible by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
- Registered by the ARDMS within 1 year of hire.
- East Market: Must be certified in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular within 24 months of hire date.
Experience
- 2 years clinical experience preferred.
Skills & Certifications
- Diagnostic ultrasound equipment operation
- Technical knowledge and skills appropriate for patient scanning
- ARDMS registration (required within 1 year)
- Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular certification (East Market, within 24 months)
