Performs ultrasound imaging, including abdominal, small parts, obstetrical, and vascular studies, to assist in diagnosis and treatment for adult and pediatric patients. The role may involve on-call duties, portable exams, and working at various sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper function of ultrasound equipment
- Perform and document ultrasound procedures accurately
- Assist with needle procedures and vascular imaging as needed
Requirements
- Associate degree or trade school equivalent
- RDMS certification or equivalent
- Preferred: less than 2 years of experience, RDCS certification, CPR certification
