Sonographer

About the role

Join a dedicated Ultrasound Team as a Sonographer responsible for performing ultrasound imaging, including abdominal, small parts, obstetrical, and vascular studies, to aid in diagnosis and treatment. The role involves ensuring equipment readiness, independently conducting ultrasound examinations, and documenting procedures. Assistance with needle procedures such as biopsies and drainages may be required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or trade school equivalent
• RDMS or equivalent certification
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience, RDCS or equivalent, CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound procedures and equipment

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning and readiness of ultrasound equipment
• Perform ultrasound exams accurately and independently
• Document procedures thoroughly and perform on-call, portable, and site-specific studies as needed

Schedule

10‑hour shifts, four days a week, Monday through Thursday, including on‑call duties.
