Sonic Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager at Sonic Drive-In, you'll lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love. This role offers opportunities for leadership growth, impact, and enjoyment in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations.
• Oversee daily tasks such as ordering, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Manage inventory levels and plan restocking schedules.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing development opportunities.
• Coordinate with other managers to maintain smooth operations across multiple locations.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
