Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory, schedule staff, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Train new team members on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
