Entry-level opportunity at our Somerton location for a friendly, customer-focused individual with open availability. We provide full training on cannabis products and offer a path to grow within a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.
• Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
• Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
• Open availability: able to work morning, evening shifts, and holidays with no scheduling restraints.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours each week.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
• Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
• Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
• Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Personal smartphone required (iPhone iOS 14+ or Android OS 4.4+).
• Must be at least 21 years old, pass a standard background check, and undergo a fingerprint background check.

Pay

$15.50–$16/hour plus shared tip pool.

Schedule

• Full-time: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off.
• Shifts include:
  • Morning: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
  • Mid: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Closing: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM (At El Mirage, Thursday–Saturday closing shifts are 3:30 PM–12:30 AM)
