About the role

The Budtender is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service
• Avoid selling to minors and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dispensary
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
