About the role

We are hiring at least two full-time employees to start immediately. Applicants must have a valid Colorado MED Badge. (This is separate from a medical card.) We are hiring for locations: 2306 N Powers Blvd. Experience in the industry or a strong customer service background is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and establish rapport with patients
• Assist patients in identifying the medicines and methods of medication that best fit their individual needs. For medical and recreational customers (adult use)
• Gather and process required patient documents and information, and perform detailed verification while maintaining client confidentiality
• Utilizing our POS system: Flowhub
• Utilizing our Order-Ahead service: Dutchie
• Utilizing our scheduling and task service: When I Work
• Communicating with your store manager and fellow coworkers to efficiently work as a team
• Auditing (small inventory counts) on select products during the day
• Cash handling
• Labeling: bags, products, and exit products
• Maintaining compliance, even when there is a line out the door or it's the end of your shift
• Weighing bud to order
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marijuana strains (indicas, sativas, hybrids), edibles, extracts, and current products on the market
• Dispensary-related experience a plus
• Should be punctual and detail-oriented
• Must be able to provide exemplary customer service and represent the business with pride
• Have or be able to obtain a Med Badge (21 years of age, no felony convictions)
• Work with a sense of urgency, both stores especially our Powers location is high volume. Be careful with all product to not damage or waste it

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to safely perform the essential job functions in a dynamic retail environment. These include:

• Remaining on your feet and actively moving throughout the store for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
• Regularly lifting, carrying, or moving products and supplies up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, crouching, and grasping for tasks like stocking, bagging, and product handling
• Visual acuity to read labels, operate a point-of-sale system, and assess product quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions and high noise levels
