Solutions Strategist, Product & Growth Manager
About the role
This role serves as a bridge among business strategy, product innovation, experience design, and technology delivery. You will help clients envision what's possible while ensuring solutions are commercially viable, technically feasible, and operationally achievable. You will also play a key role in strategic pursuits, helping shape offerings, develop solution approaches, and position Designit to win complex consulting, innovation, and transformation engagements.
Responsibilities
Lead product, service, and experience strategy engagements
Define product visions and roadmaps
Translate customer, market, and operational insights into strategic recommendations
Facilitate executive meetings and strategic planning sessions
Help clients align business goals, customer needs, and technology investments
Partner with UX, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure product strategies are grounded in technical feasibility, scalability, and user needs
Guide clients through product portfolio prioritization, roadmap planning, and investment decisions across the product lifecycle
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define product strategies that drive measurable business and customer outcomes
Shape integrated solutions for complex client challenges
Develop differentiated solution approaches that align client objectives with Designit's capabilities and market positioning
Define future-state operating models, products, services, and experiences
Collaborate with UX and service design teams to create end-to-end solutions that connect customer needs, business outcomes, and technical capabilities
Bridge executive strategy and delivery execution by translating high-level vision into product requirements, capabilities, and solution roadmaps
Evaluate solution tradeoffs across business value, user experience, technical complexity, risk, and investment
Avoid emerging technologies including AI, automation, data, and digital platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and business transformation
Identify and qualify growth opportunities across existing and prospective clients
Partner with account teams and leadership on strategic pursuits
Lead discovery conversations and opportunity framing
Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work, and commercial models
Bring product strategy and solution expertise to complex pursuits, helping clients and teams align on vision, value, scope, and approach
Serve as a strategic advisor on client engagements
Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to guide strategic decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle
Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, UX teams, design and technical teams to ensure successful execution against product objectives
Support product and development teams in prioritization, roadmap refinement, and decision-making as strategic requirements evolve
Ensure customer, business, and technical requirements remain aligned from concept through implementation
Requirements
10-12+ years in product strategy, innovation consulting, management consulting, digital transformation, or experience strategy
Experience defining and launching products, services, or transformation initiatives
Strong business acumen and growth mindset
Proven ability to shape solutions for complex client challenges
Experience supporting or leading consulting pursuits and deal development
Executive presence and facilitation skills
Strong storytelling, workshop, and client communication capabilities
Experience working across multidisciplinary teams including strategy, design, technology, and delivery
Ability to translate business objectives into product, experience, and technical requirements
8 – 10+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Certifications: Professional certifications in product management, digital transformation, or related fields preferred
