About the role
Teguar Corporation is expanding and seeks a Solutions Specialist to join its growing Sales team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and work closely with the Marketing team to impact industrial and medical customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification - Identify and assess the needs of leads through effective discovery and active listening.
- Customer Management - Manage critical customer accounts, look for additional opportunities to grow these accounts while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Negotiate pricing and business relationships and generate qualified deals monthly.
- Technical Knowledge - Gain deep understanding of the medical and industrial computing industry and markets served.
- Outreach and Communication - Initiate contact with all leads through phone calls, video conferencing, emails, and social media.
- Teamwork - Collaborate closely with internal marketing, supply chain, product management, and sales teams to schedule appointments with qualified leads for further sales discussions.
- Provide customer and market insights and continuously improve customer experience.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead qualification and appointment setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or engineering and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; OR a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Representative or similar role.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems. HubSpot preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office incl. PowerPoint or comparable programs.
- Ability to travel 5% of the time.
