About the Role

As an Electrical Prefab Solutions Specialist, you will work in our Electrical Prefab area, managing projects, directing others, and ensuring quality control in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proficiently handle all areas of electrical construction, including directing others and managing individual projects.
  • Receive, verify, and package product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
  • Stage product for loading and load/unload materials from trucks.
  • Work independently or instruct a group as needed.
  • Maintain quality control—no damaged product is sent out or accepted in.
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OSHA safety standards.
  • Adhere to all processes, clean and maintain work areas, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic.
  • Punctual with excellent attendance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • PIT proficiency (reach truck, order picker, “sit-down” propane); current certification a plus.
  • Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling small parts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Environment

  • Occasionally requires long and varied hours.
  • Ability to work mandatory physical inventory.
  • Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environments and dusty conditions.
