Responsibilities

• Contact members regarding delinquent payments and monitor accounts for payment.
• Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts.
• Handle accounts with Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and Repossession.
• Contact members regarding returned checks and review member accounts to offer possible options to remove delinquency.

Requirements

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to excellent member service.
• Ability to handle confidential and discretionary discussions with diplomacy and tact.
• Proficiency in operating general office equipment (computers, calculators, copiers, scanners) and computer keyboard skills.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and updating Excel spreadsheets.
• Excellent teamwork skills.

Physical requirements

• Sedentary work: ability to sit for long periods (up to 9 hours a day).
• Hand, wrist, and finger dexterity for repetitive use of keyboard, phone, and calculator.
• Ability to view a computer monitor throughout the scheduled workday.

Schedule

• Must be available to work from 7:30 a.m. through 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.
• Flexible schedule required.
• May be required to work at other branches and travel to those locations.
