Solutions Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
• Work closely with the enterprise PMO team and IT project managers to support project transparency
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of project portfolios
• Cookordination activities across multiple projects and workstreams
• Plan and monitor overall program progress
• Manage risks, issues, and corrective actions
• Align project deliverables with program outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience managing projects and/or programs at an enterprise level
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing vendor and partnership relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access
