Solutions Marketing Manager

About the role

Seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to support a leading global technology organization focused on transforming the future of work. This role will be part of a Workplace Technology marketing team responsible for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across collaboration, networking, and workplace technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B technology marketing experience, exceptional storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business-focused narratives. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role supporting content development, customer storytelling, field enablement, and go-to-market initiatives centered around AI-powered workplace transformation.

Location: Remote (PST time zone) | Duration: 12+ month contract (potential for extension/conversion)

Responsibilities

• Support the development and evolution of solution-level messaging focused on AI, workplace transformation, sustainability, and the future of work.
• Create high-quality marketing content including blogs, customer success stories, presentations, solution narratives, and sales enablement materials.
• Translate technical concepts related to AI, networking, collaboration, and workplace technologies into clear, business-oriented messaging.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, field marketing, engineering, and customer advocacy teams to align messaging and execution.
• Contribute to go-to-market programs designed to modernize and future-proof workplace environments.
• Develop and promote customer success stories that demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
• Support content and storytelling initiatives for major events, conferences, and partner programs.
• Maintain and organize marketing content repositories supporting campaigns and field teams.
• Research competitive positioning and help articulate market differentiation.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, or related B2B technology marketing roles.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills with experience developing customer-facing and field-facing assets.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Strong interviewing and discovery skills with the ability to gather insights from customers, engineers, and business leaders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience marketing enterprise networking, collaboration, workplace technology, or AI-related solutions.
• Familiarity with modern workplace transformation initiatives and future-of-work trends.
• Previous experience supporting technologies or similar enterprise technology portfolios.
• Understanding of AI, networking, collaborative technologies, and emerging workplace innovation trends.

Pay

$35 - $40.60/hour
