Solutions Integration Engineer IV

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of scalable B2B integration solutions for strategic customers
• Own high-impact integration projects from initial design through to delivery and support
• Mentor junior engineers in developing best practices for enterprise-level integration solutions
• Facilitate clear communication between customers and internal teams to align products with market needs
• Drive innovation by optimizing the team’s tech stack with modern tools and methodologies
• Develop and execute comprehensive customer launch plans and roadmaps to ensure operational efficiency
• Promote and exemplify the company's cultural principles in all aspects of work

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles with B2B integrations
• Expertise in Python, REST APIs, and Webhooks; strong background in scalable integration patterns, including data streaming technologies
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and pipeline tooling for effective data management
• Demonstrated track record of engaging deeply with customers to deliver tailored technical solutions and training
• Experience in leveraging AI-driven tools for enhancing development productivity and workflows
