Solutions Delivery Manager
About the role
The Manager of Solution Delivery at MacStadium is responsible for facilitating quality throughout the customer journey. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role ensures that innovative solutions designed by the Pre-Sales team are executed with precision, delivered in a timely manner, documented for longevity, and seamlessly transitioned to Support with minimal friction. This individual acts as the linchpin between a closed deal and a long-term customer.
Responsibilities
Own the solution process from post-deal close to first revenue
Accountable for driving solution outcomes
Manage and organize customer-facing and internal coordination related to delivery & implementation
Requirements
Post-Sales Implementation Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects from concept to "Go-Live."
Technical Integrity: Ability to act as a technical gatekeeper within the sales organization, ensuring that only what can be built and supported is delivered.
Customer-Facing Project Management: High "Expert Presence." Can effectively guide customers through deployments or technical challenges while maintaining their trust.
Infrastructure Proficiency: Understanding of cloud services and solutions, and the ability to quickly grasp and implement new products and services.
Documentation Management: Translates "Sales Engineering notes" and Proof of Concept (POC) environments into documented, deliverable, and repeatable Customer Solutions Artifacts.
Basic Understanding of Networking and Cloud Computing: Essential for translating technical requirements into actionable deliverables.
