Solutions Consultant, Commercial

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver personalized product demonstrations and showcase the company's value
• Develop tailored product solutions based on customer needs and integration options
• Work with Sales and Product teams to drive integration development in response to customer demands
• Support advanced technical and accounting implementations for clients during and post-sales
• Assess customer requirements to identify new opportunities for the company's offerings
• Create and maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge bases of customer use cases

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar roles in business SaaS solutions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in IdP, HRIS, and/or ERP solutions
• Expertise in accounting systems and finance/accounting workflows
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Skilled in engineering and technical specification writing
• Proactive and adaptable in a startup environment
