Solutions Architect

About the role

Identify service gaps and drive innovation for DoD Enterprise IT Modernization (DEIM). Lead analysis of alternatives and proof-of-concept development for approved improvements. Standardize, automate, and streamline site surveys and migrations. Incorporate emerging technologies to strengthen cybersecurity and improve user experience. Conduct feasibility assessments and present results to stakeholders. Oversee proofs of concept and draft detailed project plans.

Requirements

• BS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in enterprise infrastructure and solutions architecture (or equivalent experience/education)
• 8+ years architecting enterprise workloads on AWS or Azure
• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ ce or equivalent)
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient on-premise and cloud-based virtualized infrastructures
• Experience leading planning and execution of enterprise application and infrastructure migrations
