For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Advisor - Work Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape and lead a growth-oriented advisory function focused on enterprise work transformation. The position blends strategic consulting, solution development, and hands-on execution to help senior stakeholders modernize operating models and accelerate business outcomes. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop market-facing offerings, support complex pursuits, and drive revenue through trusted advisory relationships. The role also includes representing the organization externally, strengthening its presence in the market, and contributing to a culture of innovation and talent development.

Pay

$130,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies for the solutions advisory function
• Lead strategic pursuits and drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders guiding transformation initiatives
• Drive innovation in operating model and AI-enabled solution development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies
• Recruit and retain top consulting talent while fostering a learning culture
• Represent the organization at industry events to enhance market presence

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in technology or business consulting with a focus on operating model transformation
• Proven success in practice building and solution development
• Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives
• Strong business development skills for complex sales cycles
• Expertise in agile methodologies and change management
• Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem preferred
