About the role
Verified First is looking for an ambitious Solutions Administrator- Integrations to join our high-performing Sales team. The Solutions Administrator- Integrations serves as the critical technical bridge between Enterprise clients, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and client onboarding teams to lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise accounts and prospects to map out their data integration needs;
- Design and propose tailored integration models, evaluating whether a standard connector, custom API architecture, or browser extension fits the client's engineering capability;
- Draft and finalize the technical implementation components of Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders, and legal language/compliance checks for custom projects;
- Create and manage Jira tickets to include Acceptance Criteria and Testing Procedures, working directly on application development teams, customers, and internal stakeholders;
- Construct detailed workflow diagrams to visualize data paths and technical architectures for both internal and external stakeholder alignment;
- Proactively identify technical risk flags, complex infrastructure barriers (such as parent/subsidiary account logic or missing vendor packages), and determine billable project scope before development begins;
- Manage the full deployment life cycle of API connections, from initial account provisioning and credential exchange in staging environments to production go-lives;
- Lead joint technical configuration sessions alongside third-party partner integration engineers and vendor specialists;
- Architect and execute complex backend field mappings, specifically transforming dynamic client-side cost codes, departments, and sub-account structures to route data accurately;
- Conduct exhaustive End-to-End (E2E) workflow validation and testing inside sandbox environments to confirm payload schemas, automated callbacks, and statuses;
- Investigate, isolate, and resolve deep integration blockers, parsing outbound XML/JSON payloads to reconcile structured data mismatches and endpoint misplacements;
- Diagnose and resolve systemic synchronization issues, broken OAuth authentications, and user permission access conflicts affecting product performance;
- Act as an expert client advocate by documenting vendor-side environment glitches and mismatches, compiling technical error data to assist clients with third-party escalations (e.g., submitting tickets to Dayforce or Workday support);
- Log well-defined development tickets for the Engineering team when custom script solutions, data mapping adjustments, or product enhancements are required to unstick clients;
- Evaluate upcoming system and software updates from core integration partners, rigorously testing and validating feature stability, behavior changes, and logging regression bugs (e.g., tracking SMS breakdown or adjudication sync issues);
- Collaborate with external Partner Managers to evaluate API compatibility for prospective application structures and complete technical questionnaires for partner integrations;
- Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Produce high-quality internal technical assets, including API demo videos, setup documentation, and cross-functional integration matrix sheets to guide onboarding specialists and PM teams; Co-host customer-facing technical webinars to demonstrate advanced platform capabilities, automation flows, and custom configuration options;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- API Expertise: Proficient in analyzing and debugging REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, outbound XML/JSON data streams, and OAuth token behaviors;
- Platform Experience: Extensive hands-on experience configuring integrations within enterprise tools, specifically Workday, Salesforce (including Flow Builder), Dayforce, iCIMS, Paylocity, ADP, Bullhorn, and Lever;
- Data Architecture: Strong conceptual understanding of multi-tenant accounts, parent-subsidiary data logic, and dynamic cost-allocation mappings;
- Documentation & Tools: Demonstrated history creating comprehensive technical SOWs and visual workflows, tracking projects seamlessly through tools like Jira;
- Hybrid Communication: Exceptional ability to translate dense technical requirements into business value for commercial teams, while retaining the technical fluency required to work side-by-side with software developers.
