About the role

As a Solution Delivery Manager, you are responsible for leading and managing the delivery of services and projects to customers, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards while building strong customer relationships. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, managing relationships and expectations, and driving the overall success of the customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manages the client relationship post-contract, ensuring quality service delivery, adherence to contractual agreements (including scope change management), and a comprehensive understanding of implemented solutions.
• Leads and provides strategic direction to cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of program goals.
• Develops and manages clinical trial budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints, project timelines, and providing input on resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Ensures all program activities strictly adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborates with sales and business development teams on scoping activities for prospective engagements and establishes communication channels to relay potential new customer opportunities/leads while also providing strategic input to science and product teams for program optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing customer delivery for large enterprise engagements, with a deep understanding of the healthcare provider market.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology programs.
• Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships, both internally and externally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within public health, disease surveillance, or laboratory science related fields.
• Experience with complex service offerings, specifically with processes involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to collaborate, learn, and grow.
• Proficiency with Google productivity applications like Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.

Pay

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,500 - $173,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
