Solution Delivery Manager

About the role

The Director of Solution Delivery oversees the delivery, adaptability, and optimization of a high-performing product and engineering team focused on achieving business outcomes across multiple investments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate investment delivery in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment with roadmaps.
• Manage risks and dependencies, and drive governance and agile practices.
• Shape organizational agility by promoting value delivery and utilizing robust information architecture.
• Coach senior leaders to improve communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain reliable metrics and implement systemic process improvements to reduce waste.
• Staff and manage performance for release train engineers and scrum masters.
• Lead AI adoption, leveraging insights to enhance delivery speed and organizational adaptability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles, product delivery, and program management.
• Expertise in SDLC, Agile frameworks, and industry-standard tools.
• Strong data interpretation skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Current work authorization in the U.S.
