Responsibilities

• Manage post-contract client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing strategic direction and execution of program goals
• Develop and oversee clinical trial budgets, ensuring adherence to financial and project timelines
• Ensure regulatory compliance and that all program activities meet industry standards
• Collaborate with sales and business development on scoping for prospective customer engagements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• 5+ years managing customer delivery for large enterprise engagements, especially in healthcare
• Proven track record in delivering complex technology programs
• Strong internal and external customer relationship building
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
