About the role

You will provide support to sales and business development teams in closing sales opportunities by conducting discovery meetings, delivering technical demonstrations, crafting statements of work, and contributing to formal proposals. As a trusted advisor on revenue cycle solutions across infusion, DME, and post-acute care, you will showcase our solutions to potential clients. This position is based at our World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS, in the Kansas City metro area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions with existing clients and new prospects.
• Administer technical demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits of our offerings in an engaging and persuasive manner to drive sales and generate revenue.
• Explain how various features and functions of our solutions meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
• Consult with prospective clients to provide solution recommendations and address concerns, aiding informed purchasing decisions.
• Attend relevant user conferences and provide support for sales team members.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Healthcare experience.

Job Expectations

• Willing to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
