Responsibilities
- Lead solution and value assessments for enterprise customers during the sales process
- Cross-functional teams to execute assessments effectively
- Conduct thorough discovery to tailor assessment frameworks to customer needs
- Develop and present executive-level deliverables linking the company capabilities to customer challenges
- Quantify metrics to demonstrate the company’s strategic and financial value to customers
- Create reusable tools to promote the company’s value framework throughout the customer journey
- Provide industry thought leadership to enhance the company’s market positioning
Qualifications
- 4-7 years experience in a scientific domain, preferably biologics or industrial biotech
- Masters or PhD in a scientific field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to articulate value propositions using industry experiences
- Experience in creating comprehensive written analyses and roadmaps
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership and collaboration
- Strong executive presence with an ability to gain trust quickly
- Flexible and empathetic in communication styles
