Responsibilities

  • Lead solution and value assessments for enterprise customers during the sales process
  • Cross-functional teams to execute assessments effectively
  • Conduct thorough discovery to tailor assessment frameworks to customer needs
  • Develop and present executive-level deliverables linking the company capabilities to customer challenges
  • Quantify metrics to demonstrate the company’s strategic and financial value to customers
  • Create reusable tools to promote the company’s value framework throughout the customer journey
  • Provide industry thought leadership to enhance the company’s market positioning

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years experience in a scientific domain, preferably biologics or industrial biotech
  • Masters or PhD in a scientific field, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to articulate value propositions using industry experiences
  • Experience in creating comprehensive written analyses and roadmaps
  • Skilled in cross-functional leadership and collaboration
  • Strong executive presence with an ability to gain trust quickly
  • Flexible and empathetic in communication styles

$100,000 – $150,000 annually
