Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their business goals, current processes, and success criteria
- Translate customer needs into solution designs aligned with RealPage product capabilities
- Support implementation discovery, configuration, and deployment activities in partnership with Engagement Management and Delivery teams
- Help customers navigate change by supporting adoption, training readiness, and go-live preparation
- Serve as a trusted advisor, tailoring communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Balance multiple projects at once while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality customer outcomes
Qualifications
- Core Skills: Strong interest in technology and SaaS solutions; comfort working in customer-facing roles, especially in complex or high-expectation environments; proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing project timelines; self-directed, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Experience: Experience supporting customers through change or systems adoption; Salesforce experience (even outside of multifamily); experience in consulting, implementation, customer success, or other client-facing roles; certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance
