About the role
The System Architect is the overall design authority for agency implementations. This role ensures all solutions align with foundational governance standards, integration strategy, and long-term platform scalability.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and design strategy across platforms
- Facilitate technical design sessions and validate requirements
- Approve Agency Design ensuring compliance with foundation standards
- Own foundational impact analysis and change documentation
- Define architecture structure across Workfront, Fusion, AEM, and integrations
- Possess strong leadership and decision-making authority
- Partner with Change Control to safeguard structural integrity
- Resolve complex design and integration challenges
Requirements
- 7+ years Workfront architecture experience
- Experience with Workfront Fusion and workflow automation
- Deep knowledge of governance frameworks and scalable design
- Experience with enterprise implementations and multi-system integrations
- Strong leadership and decision-making authority
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful architectural leadership
- Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards common goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for innovation and problem-solving
Skills
