Solution Architect
About the role
The Team We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to work with the wider IT department. The role involves working with internal stakeholders to understand their IT and business needs, proposing, and designing solutions that align with the company's value proposition, and ensuring that the solutions meet high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand their IT and business needs
- Propose and design solutions that align with the company's value proposition
- Ensure that the solutions meet high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability
- Collaborate and communicate well with all levels of an organization; ability to translate overly complex or technical terms into easily understandable terms
- Be highly self-motivated, and self-sufficient yet also be a key team player
- Initiate and lead teams, and collaborate with other members of the team in developing complex end-to-end enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure platform
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of significant recommendations
- Use several sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points
- Design, commission, and enhance new/current subject areas
- Implement new or upgraded cloud data strategies and Microsoft Azure platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in computer science
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as an Enterprise Solutions Architect or in a related field
- Prior professional services experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Azure, Informatica and Snowflake experience
- Plus, but not required: Prior working experience using ServiceNow, prior working experience using Workday

Pay
The salary range is $125,000 - $155,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
