Roles & Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting intricate CLM products (Agiloft / Icertis / Sirion / Docusign) problems.
• Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/Docusign) platforms.
• Ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Managing changes to the CLM platform effectively, following established change management processes.
• Identifying and resolving data integrity issues within CLM platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshooting complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/ Docusign) data structures and processes.
• Providing advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/Docusign) platform issues, and best practices.
• Handling Buyer/Support/Manager updates.
• Updating Agreement Expiry dates.
• Notifying relevant parties.
• Creating or amending help text.
• Removing users from teams in notifications.
• Updating workflows and approvals.
• Creating and updating rules.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders, including Legal, Procurement, and IT teams, Ops teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicating project updates effectively to stakeholders, addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of engagement.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize contract management processes, enhancing execution, efficiency, and compliance.
• Implementing best practices in CLM to streamline workflows and improve overall contract lifecycle, execution, and monitoring processes.

Qualifications

• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Education

RELEVANT DEGREE

Sirion – Sirion Certified CLM Professional

Other – Docusign (proctored), Ironclad, evisort, ContractpodAI or any CLM Domain certifications, etc.

• Any one of the CLM product certifications (Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Docusign)
