About the role
This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for client event programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Build relationships as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, facilitating strategic consultations
- Drive the end-to-end design process, collaborating to ensure successful platform adoption
- Oversee implementation quality across client portfolios, maintaining project standards
- Facilitate key client discussions, ensuring transparency and continuity in communications
- Mentor and develop Solution Consultants, fostering best practices within the team
- Contribute to organizational thought leadership through insights and process improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software implementation experience, particularly with SaaS platforms
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS event technology, ideally with the company
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations
- Proven track record of aligning technical solutions with executive-level business strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to project changes
- Strong communication skills for articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Experience in event technology, marketing technology, or enterprise B2B SaaS
Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
