About the role

The Solution Architects at Myers-Holum Delivery Organization play a crucial role in the pre-sales process, setting the tone and expectations for the entire engagement. They work closely with Myers-Holum Account Executives and Delivery teams, as well as client stakeholders, to deliver large-scale NetSuite projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and help to scope, gauge, and deliver large scale NetSuite projects.
  • Determine appropriate forecasting of Project Management and delivery scope to help ensure a successful client experience.
  • Create and maintain project documents, including project plans, solution approaches, functional and technical requirements and specifications, and present them to clients.
  • Participate in business development activities that include pre-sales meetings, demos, and calls with potential clients.
  • Participate in project planning and supporting tasks to manage expectations, maintain timelines, and meet goals for project deliverables.
  • Create business proposals including the review and response to RFPs.
  • Create Service Order Work Statements (SOW) once the scope of the project is determined.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external clients to ensure best practices, product, and capabilities are leveraged to provide beneficial client solutions.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
  • Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
  • Full life-cycle implementation experience with proven presentation skills.
  • Project Management experience, in designing and outlining a prospective project plan.
  • In-depth understanding of NetSuite and the Pre-sales process.

  • Ability to actively listen, empathize, explain, influence, and negotiate.
  • Understanding needs and providing advice to deliver the right technology results for each client.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and related technologies.

Benefits

MHIs offers a competitive base salary, incentive pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off. The total compensation for this role also includes a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year.

Pay

A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - 160,000 USD. Total compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year. This position and compensation range is for candidates who reside in the United States.

Schedule

This role may include up to 75% travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends, which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements.
