Solution Architect (OutSystems)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale applications built on the OutSystems platform and enhanced with Agentic AI capabilities. This role will drive architecture decisions, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leaders.

Scope Of Work & Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall solution architecture for OutSystems-based enterprise applications.
• Design scalable and secure solutions leveraging Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Design and govern API integrations, microservices, and enterprise application connectivity.
• Establish architecture standards, security controls, and governance practices.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review technical designs, implementation approaches, and delivery plans.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to development teams.
• Support Agile delivery practices and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive innovation through adoption of AI-powered workflows and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise application design.
• Strong expertise in OutSystems architecture, development, and deployment.
• Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Experience designing APIs, integrations, and microservices-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Experience delivering solutions within Agile and Scrum environments.
