Accountabilities
- Support the delivery of HRIS and HCM implementation initiatives by designing solutions, guiding technical activities, and helping clients successfully adopt new technologies.
- Support clients and internal teams throughout HCM implementations, system enhancements, and technology transformation initiatives.
- Provide solution architecture guidance across HR, workforce management, and payroll processes.
- Aid in system configuration, testing activities, issue resolution, and deployment of system changes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HCM technology solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
- Provide expertise and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Strong HRIS/HCM implementation experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently in a client-focused environment.
- 5+ years of experience working with HRIS or HCM platforms.
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is highly advantageous.
- Extensive experience supporting HCM system implementations, including HR, workforce management, and payroll modules.
- A strong understanding of HR technology processes, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working in implementation consulting, solution architecture, or related HCM technology roles.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to learn new technologies and continuously develop expertise.
