Accountabilities

  • Support the delivery of HRIS and HCM implementation initiatives by designing solutions, guiding technical activities, and helping clients successfully adopt new technologies.
  • Support clients and internal teams throughout HCM implementations, system enhancements, and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Provide solution architecture guidance across HR, workforce management, and payroll processes.
  • Aid in system configuration, testing activities, issue resolution, and deployment of system changes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HCM technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
  • Provide expertise and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong HRIS/HCM implementation experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work independently in a client-focused environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working with HRIS or HCM platforms.
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is highly advantageous.
  • Extensive experience supporting HCM system implementations, including HR, workforce management, and payroll modules.
  • A strong understanding of HR technology processes, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience working in implementation consulting, solution architecture, or related HCM technology roles.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to learn new technologies and continuously develop expertise.
