Solution Architect, CLM

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader for clients and manage relationships for exceptional service
• Drive innovation in solution delivery and enterprise methodologies
• Provide executive-level business consulting and pre-sales support
• Collaborate closely with sales teams in consulting activities
• Advise on solution tradeoffs for cost-benefit analysis considering business processes
• Contribute to company growth and advocate for the brand within the community
• Stay updated with CLM certifications and learn necessary software

Qualifications

• 8+ implementations experience with Ironclad, Salesforce Contracts, Conga CLM, or DocuSign CLM/IAM
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect in related platforms
• 5+ years delivering business solutions on CLM platforms with demonstrated delivery approaches
• 3+ certifications in DocuSign or Ironclad
• Experienced in all phases of services delivery and software development life cycles
• Expert in project delivery and program management and SDLC
• Proficient in writing SOWs and negotiating contracts, with strong operations experience
