Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Run architectural design sessions to create implementation plans that align with customer business goals and technical environments.
• Build, lead, and federate cross‑functional teams for pre‑sales, proof‑of‑concept, and pilot projects, ensuring robust solutions for large‑account deployments.
• Provide technical leadership by introducing new technologies or services that meet customer needs and enable scalable, resilient, and efficient solutions.
• Lead, drive, and manage engagements to achieve repeatable revenue and consumption targets.
• Understand client business priorities, offer strategic guidance on products and services, and act as the voice of the customer to inform engineering and product teams.
• Maintain long‑term relationships and credibility with customers individually or at scale.

Qualifications

• 3 + years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical pre‑sales role; retail experience is a plus.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong understanding of SaaS solutions.
• Excellent project management skills, meeting deadlines and delivering tasks on time.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, with logical structuring of thoughts during discussions and presentations.
• Ability to collaborate with individuals across diverse operational, functional, and technical disciplines within a virtual global team.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• BA/BS in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or another related STEM field.
