About the role
This position is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create and manage content calendars for multiple social media channels.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content optimization.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
