Must have any one of the following CLM product certifications:

• Agiloft – Agiloft certified Business Analyst, Agiloft certified Implementer, Agiloft certified Implementation Specialist (Workato Automation – Pro 1, Pro 2, Pro 3), Agiloft Certified Project Manager
• Icertis – ICI Administrator, ICI Practitioner, ICI Technical Professional, ICI Functional Professional, ICI Technical Architect, ICI Functional Architect, ICI AIML Technical Professional, ICI Project Manager
• Sirion – Sirion Certified CLM Professional
• Other – DocuSign (proctored), Ironclad, Evisort, ContractPodAI, or any other CLM domain certifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate CLM products (Agiloft / Icertis / Sirion / DocuSign) problems
• Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/DocuSign) platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs
• Manage changes to the CLM platform effectively, following established change management processes
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the CLM platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/DocuSign) data structures and processes
• Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/DocuSign) platform issues and best practices
• Perform updates including:
  • Buyer/Support/Manager updates
  • Agreement expiry date updates
  • Notification updates
  • Create or amend help text
  • Remove users from teams in notifications
  • Workflow updates
  • Create/update workflow approvals
  • Create/update rules
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Legal, Procurement, IT, and Operations teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders, addressing concerns and maintaining engagement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize contract management processes, enhancing execution, efficiency, and compliance
• Implement best practices in CLM to streamline workflows and improve overall contract lifecycle, execution, and monitoring processes

Qualifications

Bachelor of Computer Science or relevant degree

Pay

Salary Range: $120,000 – $170,000 a year
